Toddi Norum

Toddi Norum is an instructional designer, learning systems strategist, ScrumMaster, technical writer, and volunteer Special Olympics coach with experience designing training, documentation, software-supported workflows, and performance-support tools for complex operational environments. Her work spans aerospace, defense, aviation, robotics, compliance training, LMS implementation, and field-based learning support. As a Special Olympics ski coach in Massachusetts, she designed and built Slope Notes, a mobile app created in Base44 to help coaches capture athlete progress on the slopes using voice input, photo and video documentation, secure access, and cloud-based sharing.
