Sarah Syed

Sarah Syed is currently a Senior Learning Advisor on the Global L&D team at Allstate's and has been working in L&D for the last 7 years. She has a unique background, as she started her career in higher education teaching and designing curriculum in philosophy, sociology, and career readiness. She worked as a human resources and training consultant while teaching before fully transitioning over to corporate L&D in 2021. Sarah is an active researcher with a special interest in the intersection of classical educational theory and modern instructional design. The heart of her work is leading the creation of impactful and inclusive learning experiences and advocating for learner-centered design.
