Michelle Mata

Michelle Mata is a Senior Leadership & Team Development Specialist at Insight, a global technology & AI solutions integration company. She enjoys collaborating with individuals, teams, and communities to help them grow personally and professionally. Her prior experience includes human resources and training roles in the healthcare, financial services, higher education, and government sectors. Michelle holds a masters degree from the Texas A&M University College of Education and from the Webster University Walker School of Business & Technology. While at Texas MedClinic, Michelle’s contributions to the training programs helped the organization earn the Austin Chamber of Commerce Award for Customer Service in 2009 and 2011. At Insight, her contributions have helped the organization earn recognition as a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion in 2023 and 2024.
