As an NVDA Certified Expert (2025) and a screen reader user himself, he brings first-hand knowledge to accessibility in learning design. His background in digital content creation, paired with years of work in learning and development, gives him a practical, real-world perspective on building truly accessible learning experiences.Jacob focuses on making accessibility straightforward and useful for designers.
