My background includes over 20 years of teaching in education, with a focus on teaching assistive technology and braille to students with Visual Impairments. I am an alumni of Florida A&M University with a BS in Elementary Education and Florida State University with a MS in Visual Disabilities. I also hold a professional certificate in the area of Orientation and Mobility from North Carolina Central University. I am a Certified Apple Learning Coach and have been coaching educational professionals on how to teach accessibility skills to visually impaired learners of all ages. Certified Instructional Designer (via the University of Maryland Global Campus program). I have been publishing content through various Social Media platforms for small business owners, professional organizations, as well as my personal brands since 2009.
