Cara North

Cara North is an award-winning learning experience leader, currently serving as VP of Product Management at JPMorgan Chase. With experience across higher education, corporate L&D, and consulting, she specializes in building accessible, learner-first products that actually get used and even occasionally appreciated.

She’s the founder of The Learning Camel, author of Learning Experience Design Essentials, and an adjunct instructor at Boise State University. Her work has earned national recognition for transforming training into experiences people remember.

Cara lives in Columbus, Ohio with her partner and four cats-Bib Fortuna, Pollock Wallace, Sidious Milo, and Saffron Leiko. She swears she runs the household, but the cats have a different agenda.
