Bela Gaytan

Known for her authenticity and vulnerability, Bela disrupts spaces unapologetically to create change.  As a passionate advocate for underrepresented groups, she draws on her personal experiences as a neurodivergent, queer, visually and physically disabled Latine woman to lead conversations on advocacy, tech, inclusion, diversity, disability, and accessibility.

Bela is an award-winning leader in the DEIA space and the founder of IntuiBel.  She provides consultative services as an instructional designer, DEIA practitioner, and inclusive solution specialist. She teaches courses, coaches others in the Learning and Development space, and builds community support systems. 

Recognized as a speaker on issues of diversity, disability, accessibility, and inclusion, Bela has presented at events such as the Lesbians Who Tech Summit 2022 and LWT Pride Summit 2023, as well as WordPress Accessibility Day 2022.Her story of perseverance has been featured on Google Developers' blog, she was interviewed by Bloomberg News, and recognized as a top 100 LGBT+ Future Leader Role Model.
