Every learning experience tells a story and whether we intend it or not, that story often reflects the dominant cultural lens of the designer. As global teams grow and virtual learning becomes the norm, cultural intelligence (CQ) is no longer a nice-to-have…it’s a design imperative. Through a guided, detective-style approach, the audience would be invited to interrogate their own design practices; uncovering what’s been centered, what’s been left out, and what opportunities exist to design learning that resonates across cultures, languages, and lived experiences.
